Positive: Good outdoor facilities - swimming pool, playground, bbq facilities, big lawn. Good for kids.
Negative: Arrived 15 min before checkin time, called the reception to ask for access but no one got back to me. Only received an automated text message with a code 5 min after checkin time. The apartment was smaller than anticipated. The kitchen was poorly equipped - small hob, no oven, only one quasi-sharp knife, no cups No washing machine The dust/dirt of the stairs was falling on the sofa which is placed under the stairs. Located next to the main Jelenia Gora - Karpacz busy road.

Positive: The relaxed atmosphere! Good isolation of the apartments, didn't hear the neighbours at all! The beds were comfortable and the garden was big enough not to be bothered by other guests. There is a nice terrace in front of the apartment which made it easy to sit outside even with some privacy.
Negative: The water smelled bad, coming from the shower and the kitchen. Could have been improved, we ran the tab for a few minutes but the smell stayed. My guess: copper in the water.
Summary: Relaxing, easy apartments. Everything you need with parking plus great outdoor space.

Negative: We didnt receive the code from the lock, so we had to call and communicate in polish! We then received the code via the SMS.
Summary: Overall it's nice to stay with kids. The playground in the garden is awesome.

Positive: The location is fine, it's a newly modern apartment. It has great potential, it does need a lot of attention to details though.
Negative: There was no airconditioning or fan, which is really necessary on such an apartment. We weren't offered fresh towels or sheets even after requesting them. They really should be provided for a long stay. The kitchen tools are very basic. The cork screw for example simply broke, as it was the most cheap peace of crap one can buy. It seems like they wanted to invest but got short on budget finishing.
